Guided Imagery is a form of focused trance that uses relaxation and imagery or creative visualization. Basically, you are guided into a relaxed state and then asked to follow along with a guided imagination exercise. The process can be used for a variety of uses ranging from recreational to educational to therapeutic. In this section, you will find free MP3s to download as well as a number of other resources related to this focused trance form. DRTRC (Deep Relaxation Trigger Response Conditioning) is a protocol of focused trance specifically to create a deep relaxed state and to train a person in how to enter that state at any time. The process can be used for a variety of uses. This section also holds information on the DTM (Deep Trance Modelling) protocol for enhancing skill through focused trance and intensified imaginative involvement.
